Advocate: Harjinder Singh Sanserwal is the founder of Grace Overseas Immigration Solutions Ltd. (Canada) as well as the founder and the Legal Advisor of Grace Overseas Legal and Immigration Solutions LLP (India).

Harjinder has worked in a variety of fields for many years. In 2008, he began practising as a lawyer in Indian courts, specialising in criminal and family law; he immigrated to Canada in 2015. Harjinder went to Law School at the University of New Brunswick (UNB) for his further studies (NCA) after relocating to Canada, which is the requirement for an international Lawyer who has migrated from overseas to become a Lawyer again in Canada. His passion for the immigration field led him to establish an immigration practise in Canada with his professional team members, who are ICCRC members specialising in immigration matters.

Defining and communicating the company’s long-term strategy with the help of the Canadian and Indian teams. Harjinder is critical to upholding the company’s values and preserving its distinct culture. With his Legal and Immigration colleagues, he is also in charge of talent and workforce management.
